• Hopealoimu heat storing fireplaces burn efficiently both hard and soft wood. Heating the stove does not take a long time: after 1 to 2 hours of heating heat for the next 12 to 24 hours has been stored, which attests to high burning efficiency. The heavier fractured stone surface (TLU-LK) models have a heat storage capacity up to 48 hours. The efficiency rate of the fireplace models ranges between 83-90%.

• Hopealoimu stoves are clad mainly with the Silver Flame natural stone, which has three surface alternatives:
  1. sawn and smooth
  2. wavelike split (along the fibre)
  3. fractured (across the fibre).

  The stone cladding may be combined with

  4. antique plaster.

  The primary colour of antique plaster is white, which can be toned according to the customer’s taste.

  You may choose from a range of joint filler tones to add a touch of colour to the fireplace. The primary joint filler colours are dark grey and white.

Model S1, for example, has the following options:

large glass panel door (b, d)
plastered top (a, b)
top clad with wavelike split stone surface (c)
straight top S1P-S (d)

Almost all models have corner and wall models with all surface options mentioned above.

• Hopealoimu stoves have high efficiency and store much heat. Thanks to the system which constantly channels air into the combustion chamber, the burning efficiency is as high as 90%. All models have passed CE tests. Research at Lappeenranta University of Technology has shown that a middle-sized S2 fireplace has the following qualities:
  • heat output 30-40 kW (burning a couple of armloads of wood stores heat for a day, the fireplace absorbs heat with its whole mass and releases it for a long time)
  • the three-fold wall construction ensures that heat is stored evenly
  • the burning efficiency is 88% (burning is effective)
  • the stove releases heat at 4.5 KW (enough to heat 90 m2)
  • the surface temperature of the stove is 50-60°C on average, the maximum remains below 75°C (the surface does not get too hot).

• Hopealoimu kaminahjude väikesed tuleohutuskaugused ( 5-10 cm horisontaal- ja 25 cm vertikaalsuunas põlevast materjalist) ja lai korstnasse liitmise ala (joonisel märgitud punasega) võimaldavad neid paigaldada ka kitsastesse kohtadesse.
